Free UK & European Returns Service
You have a 30 day guarantee that starts from the date the invoice is made. This means you can return the item (if you don’t want it) or if it is faulty for a refund. A full refund will be issued on arrival.
We do accept items back that have been opened. Please do check the item before use, but once used and/or modified we can only accept the item back if faulty (must be informed within 30 days by e-mail).
Return funds will be sent back to the original payment method or by cheque if paid by postal order or cheque.
We are now operating a free UK returns service.
Please contact us before returning as we can help if their are any issues. If you prefer to simply please see the following:
1) To return simply fill out the returns form below and enclose with the item.
2) Print the return label from the relevant link below and tape to the front of the package.
3) Drop off at your local post office or simply pop it in your local post box (free post - no postage payment required).
